Are the mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Most mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, but handwashing will always help them last longer. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Why are there small differences between mugs?

Because they’re handmade, not factory-produced. Slight variations in shape, glaze, or colour are normal and intentional.

How long does it take to get my order?

If the mug is already made, it ships within a few days. You should expect to receive your mug within 7 working days, if you haven't received your mug within 14 working days please don't hesitate to contact me.

Do you take custom text or colour requests?

Not at the moment!

How do mug drops work?​

When I've made a batch of mugs I'll announce a new drop date on my social media accounts and add them to my store page. Once the mugs sell out, there won't be any new ones available until the next drop.​

What if my mug arrives broken?

Just send a photo and I’ll replace it or refund you. I pack everything carefully, but accidents happen.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I can only ship within the UK.

Can I put hot drinks in your mugs?

Absolutely! they’re made for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and whatever else gets you through the day.
